
2011 Macarthur Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions
1. “The Ultimate Macarthur Wedding Competition” begins 10.00am 3rd July 2011 at the Our Wedding Expo & Bridal Fair at West’s Leagues Club, 10 Old Leumeah Road, Leumeah NSW 2560.
2. Prize value is in excess of $17,250.00 based on the value of the product and services being offered by participating businesses.
3. The closing date and time of the competition will be on the 3rd July 2011 at 1.30pm.
4. There is only one (1) winner and the winner MUST be at the Barrel Draw of the competition at the Our Wedding Expo & Bridal Fair on the 3rd July, 2011 at West’s Leagues Club, 10 Old Leumeah Road, Leumeah NSW 2560 at the conclusion of the second fashion parade.
5. The winner must have proof of identity at the draw. Eg: Driver Licence.
6. Entrants in the competition acknowledge that they accept all terms and conditions of entry to the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair.
7. Entry forms can only be lodged at any one (1) of the three (3) Wedding Expo’s between 10am and 3pm. 1) City Coast and Country Wedding Expo at Sweeney’s Function Center, Lot 1 Campbelltown Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 on the 26th September, 2010.
2) Macarthur Weddings Summer Expo at Eschol Park House, 14 Eschol Park Drive Eschol Park NSW 2558 on the 20th February, 2011. 3) Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair, 10 Old Leumeah Road, Leumeah NSW 2560 on the 3rd July, 2011. If the first draw winner is not in attendance at the draw then a draw will continue until a winner is in attendance to collect the prize.
8. All entries must be on the official entry form and only one (1) entry per wedding couple.
9. All entrants acknowledge that by completing the competition application form they authorise the promoter to make contact with them from time to time via e-mail, phone or written communication and that their information will be held on a secure data base.
10. The promoter is Unlimited Marketing Potential Suite 12E, 44 Oxford Road Ingleburn NSW 2565 A.B.N 17 435 347 043
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for competition businesses not being available on the chosen date of the winners wedding or not being able to deliver their offer for whatever reason.
12. The winner accepts the terms and conditions of the participating businesses of the competition (as per below) without exception.
13. The winner must undertake their best endeavours to seek a date with their chosen businesses for a date that will be suitable to all parties
14. The winner acknowledges that availability conditions apply to all competition businesses.
15. All businesses that are part of the competition may not be available on your chosen date for your wedding if this is the case it will be the responsibility of the competition winner to organise a date that fits with the businesses.
16. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or a lesser value prize.
17. Prizes are not redeemable for any other services.
18. The Winner acknowledges that some prizes require the purchase of a service or product to redeem the prize.
19. Notification of the winner will be advised on website www.macarthurweddings.com.au
20. Prize is not transferable to any other party other than the winner.
21. If the winner decides that one of the prizes is not suitable they are not compensated for the diminished competition prize value.
22. The winner of the competition acknowledges that there is no claim or rebuttal against the prize promoter or any participating competition business. No correspondence will be entered into.
23. The winner of the competition acknowledges that there is no claim or rebuttal against the prize promoter if a prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances on the viability of the business, the business being sold to another party or the business ceasing to trade. No correspondence will be entered into.
24. All prizes must be booked or used by the 30th November, 2011
A Macarthur Grange Country Club Wedding Reception - $7000.00 towards
25. A wedding reception at Macarthur grange to the value of $7000.00 towards the
overall cost of the function.
26. Minimum of 120 guests
27. Reception package @ $115.00 / person supplied.
28. A 5 Hour standard Drinks package
29. A Saturday wedding depending on availability.
30. Reception needs to be in the Off Peak season (May, June, July and August)
Natural Lights Photography - $2200.00 towards photography
30. Availability conditions apply.
31. The services must be booked within a month of the prize being won.
32. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
33. If the required date has already been booked, the studio will endeavour to provide a photographer for the prize package but holds no responsibility.
34. The prize covers any 100km from the studio address- if additional travel is required, please notify the studio.
35. All collections must contain an album as the studio does not provide 'disk only' weddings
36. All images are copy right of Natural Lights Photography and cannot be reproduced in any way without written permission of the studio.
Macarthur Photography & Videography – Video Package - $2400.00 towards
31. A Video package covering the Ceremony up until the end of the Bridal Waltz. (6 hours coverage)
32. One Videographer Coverage for the wedding
33. 3 Copies long version on DVD
34. Extra DVD’s can be made at an extra cost of $60 per copy
35. If the value of the final package is up and above the prize value the balance MUST be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
36. The services must be booked by 30th November, 2012.
37. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
38. If the required date has already been booked, the studio will endeavour to provide a videographer for the prize package but holds no responsibility. It is best for the winning couple to choose another date that suits all professionals on the day.
39. The prize covers any 25km from Macarthur. If outside of this area a further $250 is required.
40. All footage taken on the day is copyright of Macarthur Photography & Video and cannot be reproduced and/or edited in any way without written permission of the studio.
41. Availability conditions apply.
In Style Limousines Wedding Car Package - $1200.00 towards
42. One (1) vehicle will be supplied for a maximum 4 hours continuous duration to the value of $1200.00. Package does not include Get-Away Car.
43. Wedding must be held in the Macarthur region.
44. All travel on the day is restricted to a 30klm radius from pick-up of the bride.
45. The vehicle is only to be used for the father of the Bride and Bridal Party other individuals will not be transported.
46. The vehicle will only transport the Bride to the Ceremony and Bridal Party to Photo Shoot then to Reception no other diversions will be undertaken.
47. Number of people carried in vehicle is strictly in accordance with RTA regulations.
48. No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the vehicles and no person suspected of being intoxicated will be carried in the vehicle.
49. The package is only available Off Peak April, May, June, July and August 2012.

MYER Shopping Spree - $1000.00
51. Myer will supply a voucher for a $1000.00 Shopping Spree at one of their stores when a Gift Registry is opened by the Bride.
Spurling Bridal and Formal Wear Package - $800.00 towards
52. Supply suits to the value of $800.00.

Petals & Blooms Wedding Flowers - $500.00 towards
55. Supply of Wedding Flowers for your wedding day to the value of $500.00
56. Availability conditions of flower types apply.
Creations by JAS Wedding Stationary Package - $350.00 towards
57. Personalised wedding invites and stationary to the value of $350.00 when booked with Creations by JAS.
Cavallaro’s Wedding Cake - $200.00 towards
58. A wedding cake when booked with Cavallaro’s.
Jovita’s House of Hire Gown Package - $500.00 towards
59. Voucher for the value of $500.00 toward the purchase of a gown from Jovita’s House of Hire.
Susan Winters Celebrant Package - $450.00 towards
60. Book a wedding ceremony performed by Susan Winters and receive a $450.00 voucher towards your wedding service.
61. Ceremony must be undertaken in the Macarthur area ceremonies outside the Macarthur area will be based on a kilometre travel charge.
Mount Annan Wedding Ceremony – $650.00 towards
62. A wedding Ceremony for grounds hire only decorations and set up not included.
